HIIT Training for those who are fit, exercise at least 4x / week and are committed to get out of bed for a fun workout early Sunday morning.
If your attendance is confirmed, please show up out of respect of people in the waiting list or cancel by 5PM the day before.
Bring: Water, Towel and yoga mat
