Changes is increasingly becoming the only constant - progress is racing. Digitalisation and networking are the drivers for increasingly sophisticated products and services.
Previously reliable forms of cooperation in classic, predominantly hierarchical structures have reached their limits.
Organization are increasingly giving way to agile structures and methods that enable a working environment in which everyone can fully contribute and develop their skills - and which thus makes complex challenges of the VUCA world (volatility - uncertainty - complexity - ambiguity) manageable.
This Meetup group is for anyone who would like to explore using agile methods to set up organizations in such a way that constant change loses its terror and becomes an exciting and welcome event.
We would like to exchange practical experiences, ideas, learn from each other and have fun.
