Arun Saraswat, AI Methodologist at Scaled Agile, joins the SAFe and AI-Native Australia meetup for the first time. He will talk about becoming an AI-Native Value Architect: the role that coaches AI adoption, connects business with technology, and guides AI work from idea into delivery.
If you coach, facilitate and connect business with technology, as an SPC, RTE, Scrum Master, project manager, business analyst or transformation leader, come and see how much of this role you already do.
Becoming an AI-Native Value Architect:
The Missing Link for Unlocking Real Value from AI
Organizations aren't short on AI ambition. They're short on realized value. AI tools sit underused, initiatives stall between business and technology, and promising ideas never make it into production. This session introduces the AI-Native Value Architect, an emerging role that helps organizations turn AI investments into measurable business outcomes by coaching adoption, connecting business and technology, guiding solution development, and continuously optimizing value.
If you're an SPC, RTE, Scrum Master, or transformation leader, you already have many of the superpowers this role demands: coaching, facilitation, and value thinking. You'll leave with a practical framework for finding quick wins, realizing more value from existing AI investments, and building the credibility to lead larger transformations.
The AI-Native era doesn't replace your superpowers. It amplifies them.
Key Takeaways:
- Understand the emerging role of the AI-Native Value Architect and why it matters.
- Learn practical techniques for connecting AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Discover how to leverage your existing coaching, facilitation, and value-thinking skills to lead AI transformation.
