The St. George area is a world-class place to live, but our economic growth is unbalanced. Currently, our job market forces talented people, including our children, to leave the area in search for high-paying careers.
Growing the St. George startup community solves this brain drain by building "scalable" businesses that provide high-wage opportunities, ensuring the next generation can afford to build their lives right here in Southern Utah.

Boost Entrepreneurship Conference at Utah Tech

Holland Centennial Commons, 225 S 700 E, St. George, UT 84770, USA, St. George, UT, USThe grand potentates of the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity are putting on the Boost conference at Utah Tech next Friday from 9-3 PM, and we're helping (this replaces our normal Startup Friday at Kiln. Don't go to Kiln this Friday!). Here's why you should come:

Last time we did an event like this in January, I personally saw multiple people make connections that led to hires, sales, etc. It's just smart business to be at events like this where there's a high concentration of talent.
