Weather Prediction: Why would you want to learn Weather Predicting?

To plan a wedding outdoors, would you not want good weather? Many businesses would benefit: for example, the German restaurant next to my store does an outdoor Octoberfest every year and they fly in the band from Germany. It is a huge deal. One year, they had to cancel the entire Octoberfest as we had severe monsoons and flooding that entire week! Had they consulted with a Weather Astrologer, they would have selected a different week to have the Fest, saving them thousands in non-refundable expenses like loss of food, as it had to be ordered months in advance, etc. Or you want to vacation in Florida in June? Better check for a hurricane before purchasing your travel and hotel!
