**OPEN DISCUSSION WEEK**
*NOTE: Please be mindful of triggering language. Details of traumatic events are discouraged as they may trigger others in the group. Instead of detailing what happened to you, you can use words like "traumatic event;" you may also discuss your feelings regarding the event, your thoughts, and how it affected you. I understand it may be difficult to discuss things like this, and it's also important to keep ourselves from "trauma dumping" to prevent ourselves and others from being triggered. If you're unsure of whether or not something you want to say is triggering, you can chat with me directly on the MeetUp platform during the event and I will let you know if it's okay, or I will tell you a more appropriate way to word it. Bring yourself, something to drink and/or snack on, something to write with, something to make art with, and whatever else. We will be getting to know each other, checking in with how we're doing, and sharing coping skills as we body double on whatever it is we're working on. If you're more comfortable just listening, that's fine, too! Join us, and invite a friend! :)
