During this workshop you'll explore how energetic cords influence relationships, emotional wellbeing and personal growth while learning practical techniques to safely release unwanted energetic connections.

• Understand how energetic cords form
• Recognise healthy versus unhealthy energetic connections
• Identify cords that may be affecting your wellbeing
• Release unwanted energetic attachments safely
