Urban sketching with a professional guidance in city centre (materials provided)

Hi dear art lovers! I'm Margarita, a professional artist from Ukraine, currently living in Porto. Since childhood I’ve been studying classic drawing and painting in an art school. Then I learned realistic painting in an art college. After college I studied academic drawing, painting and sculpture in an art academy in Ukraine. And finally I finished my learning with an exchange program in Polish modern art academy. 14-years of learning in general, and then self-developing till now:)

With this rich background, now I teach beginners and advanced artists to paint and draw, and I'm excited to invite you to an open-air sketching session - likely the last one I'll host this season! No prior experience needed. If you also like to notice beauty in simple things surround you, create your own beauty and meet like-minded people, that's definitely your space ✨

Good to know
• I recommend bringing sunglasses, a hat, and a water bottle. I'll provide some sitting blankets, but you can bring your own mat or chair for your comfort. You can also bring an A4 folder (if you have one) to carry your artworks home safely.
• I'm providing all the materials, but you can work with yours if you prefer.
• Our base point will be a small clearing just near “Pillory of Porto”. We meet there and then everyone walks around to find a perfect spot for themselves. Use this Google Maps Link to find our base point. If you go by public transport, it’s better to take the metro (station São Bento), because buses in Porto often don’t follow the schedule.
• This is a donation-based event, the suggested donation is 30€, but you're welcome to contribute any amount you're comfortable with at the end of the event.
