A lovely new walk from Leaf and Ground. We will walk along the contours through the beech woods, gradually climbing up until we reach the Cotswold way.
Fantastic views with the Severn bridges visible on a clear day. We then walk along the top of the escarpment beside Stinchcombe Hill Golf club, before heading back downhill meandering through the woods.
Some steep sections on this walk.
Free car park. Toilets available at the start.
Dogs welcome
We’re allowing 3 hours to be on the safe side
We will be finishing with refreshments in the cafe for those who want to join us. They do great burgers.
Meet in the car park at the entrance to the shop.
How to join this walk:
The fee for the walk is £3 payable in advance with all proceeds going to Stroud Foodbank and Longfield Hospice.
