📢️ Are you ready to AgileXChange again?
Continuing our mission to put Georgia on the global Agile map and strengthen our local Agile community, we are proud to host the 5th edition of the International Agile Summit. What started as an event planned in just two sprints back in July 2023 has since grown into a full-scale international summit.
This year's theme is Hands-On Agile, and for the first time AgileXchange runs as a single full day built around practice. Two waves of parallel workshops across 6 rooms, led by international trainers, sit alongside the keynote, stage talks and a discussion with Georgian leaders.

🎙️ Meet Our Speakers & Trainers:
- Patricia Soler Herrero – Executive Coach, Facilitator and Keynote Speaker.
- Jose Casal – Business Agility Consultant and co-founder of Actineo Consulting, a Professional Scrum Trainer, Flight Levels Guide and Certified Trainer for Training from the BACK of the Room.
- Christophe Martinot – ICAgile Trainer and Management 3.0 Facilitator, author of SPIRAL UP®.
- Jon Ward – Enterprise Agility and AI Consultant, founder of Beneficial Consulting and a Certified Thought Leader with the Agile Business Consortium.
- Apeksha Patel – The first woman Certified Scrum Trainer in India and the first Accredited Kanban Trainer in the country, now a Board Member of the Agile Alliance.
- Nino Gorgadze – Project Management and Digital Transformation Expert (PMP®, PMI-ACP®) with over 20 years in project and portfolio management.
- Vato Dolidze – Organization Designer, speaking on "Agile Beyond Tech".
- Levan Khomeriki – CEO of Tbilisi Medic, the first company in Georgia's medical ecosystem to adopt Agile ways of working.
- Tornike Chkhaidze – Managing Partner at Niadagi.
Alongside these experts, AgileXchange Vol. 5 will feature additional regional voices and community leaders from across industries.
