We’re excited to launch Scrum User Group Tbilisi, officially recognized by Scrum Alliance and organized together with Agile Community Georgia & Armenia, with the support of EPAM Georgia.
This is the only Scrum Alliance–recognized Scrum User Group in the Caucasus region and a great opportunity to connect with Scrum practitioners, Product Owners, engineers, coaches, and leaders from across the community.

The meetup will start with a guest talk titled “Is AI Killing Scrum?” by Giorgi Mamaladze, VP of Engineering, sharing practical insights on how AI is influencing Scrum and Agile ways of working.

This will be followed by a panel discussion, “Scrum, Skills, and the Market: What’s Next?”, featuring Archil Varshanidze (Head of Delivery, Director of Software Engineering), Giorgi Mamaladze (VP of Engineering), Shorena Bartaia (Senior Product Owner), Maria Ghlonti (Scrum Master, Co-organizer), and Konstantine Kevlishvili (Agile Coach, Co-organizer). The panel will explore how Scrum is evolving, which skills matter most today, and how the market is changing for Agile roles.
