Our Speakers:
Rich Aquilina built a successful coaching, leadership training, and organizational/team alignment niche for executives, technical and non-technical leaders, and top-talent individual contributors in Engineering, Software Development, IT, Technology, Sales, Research, and many other key subject matter disciplines. Rich is well known for his teaching, coaching, and unique abilities to organize, align, and facilitate virtual and co-located teams, driving engagement, fast results, and lasting transformational change. His practice focuses on the human side of technology — employees, teams, internal/external customers, peers, and bosses — individual and group interfaces that matter most. Rich has worked in a global who’s who of leading Fortune 500 companies, academia, and the public sector. His industry experience and practical strategies unravel what’s not intuitive, typically not taught in school, and not acquired vicariously on the job. Rich holds a doctoral degree from Michigan State University, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the US Office of Education.
