New Topic: Agile Leadership For Changing Times
·OnlineOnlineGuiding people through changes, such as those brought on by the rise of AI, requires agile leadership. Agile leaders can adapt their approach in response to the needs of their people, the market, and changing technologies.
You’ll learn the six leadership styles that Daniel Goleman described in his Harvard Business Review Study: “Leadership That Gets Results.” Then we’ll mix in the Satir Change Model, which describes how people and organizations process change. We’ll synthesize these two models, creating a map for successfully leading change. Are you ready to become an adaptable agile leader?

Every sprint, someone on your team learns how to handle ambiguity, own a mistake, or lift a struggling teammate, because they watched someone else do it first. Role Modelship™ is a framework for making stewardship, fellowship, mentorship, leadership and sponsorship deliberate practices, not accidents of culture. Show up. See the gap. Be the role model your team is learning from.
