She has led large-scale transformations across healthcare, finance, technology, and global enterprises, and is currently Director of Program Management at VSCO, where she blends organizational design, leadership development, and playful experimentation to build resilient, high-performing teams.

Her facilitation style combines deep empathy, practical insight, and a belief in the power of play as a catalyst for meaningful change.
