Our Speaker:
Ronica Roth is a consultant and leadership coach who specializes in working with leaders who are driving major change and growth initiatives. She helps their teams engage with a sense of ownership of all aspects of the change--including needed cultural shifts. She wants to change the world of work, helping companies build learning organizations that do great things through the collaborative, aligned, and innovative efforts of their great people. Better results AND happier humans. She does that by leveraging her experience in facilitation, storytelling, business agility, change management, and leadership coaching. She's a Certified Scrum Trainer Emeritus and a certified Leadership Circle practitioner. She has a masters in journalism from Northwestern and a BA from Mount Holyoke College. Currently a solopreneur, Ronica previously spent 12 years at Boulder's own Rally Software, ultimately in an unofficial role as Keeper of the Culture.
