Instructions:
You must call 540-923-4231 to make a reservation.
Say that you are with the Singlefaith group.
DO NOT make an online reservation via the Graves Mountain website.
Deadline: Singlefaith's room block will be held until 5/22/2024.
After this deadline, rooms not held with a deposit will be released to the general public. Space may or may not be available in the Poplar Lodge after 5/22/2024.

Singlefaith has a room block in the Poplar Lodge which has split King beds which can be configured as one King size bed or two Single size beds
$119.00 + taxes PER ROOM PER NIGHT, single or double occupancy
Meal Plan Cost (you must select one meal plan):
3 Meals:
Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Sunday Breakfast
$60.00 per person plus 18% gratuity and 9.3% tax
4 Meals:
Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast
$92.00 per person plus 18% gratuity and 9.3% tax

When making a reservation, you must make a deposit equal to one night's room and tax ($131.26). Make any cancelation by June 7th (which is 14 days prior to arrival) to receive a refund. After June 7th, deposit will be forfeited. Final payment is due upon checkout.

If you would like to stay more than two nights, please inquire directly with Graves Mountain when you call 540-923-4231.
Poplar Lodge is sold out to another group through Thursday night 6/20, so you can extend your stay after by reserving a room Sunday night 6/23 and beyond. Talk to Graves Mountain reservations at the number above for pricing and other information.

LUNCH can be purchased a-la-carte from the on site Farmhouse restaurant or from the Graves Mountain Market and Deli.
If you're out hiking or exploring or shopping or touring, you may be likely to purchase lunch off the property at any local restaurant.

Cancelation Policy:
You are making a reservation directly with Graves Mountain Farm and Lodges in Singlefaith's room block. The Singlefaith room block expires on 5/22/2024, after that date, rooms may not be available as they will be released to the general public.
You are subject to the Graves Mountain cancelation policy.

CAMPING option: If you would like to camp in a tent or RV, please call Graves Mountain at 540-923-4231 and ask about pricing and reservations for the campground.
