Please join us at the local gem "WC Clarke's The Cheese Shoppe" for an engaging coffee roasting demonstration and cheese sampling event taking place on Saturday, May 16th, 2026. The crew at the Cheese Shoppe will first demonstrate the coffee roasting process using their own classic commercial roaster, which has been used to roast coffee beans for the State College shop for over 40 years. Our group will then be guided through a cheese tasting experience, sampling various delicious cheeses offered by the Cheese Shoppe. Participants will have the option to purchase coffee beans, cheese, and other specialty goods during this event.
