About us
It's pretty straightforward. We're a group of people that like to RUN and have fun! Every Wednesday we meet at a different local bar throughout San Diego, go for a run, and finish back at the bar to cool down and socialize over drinks. If you're in your 21-30s (or just think you can hang) with a fun and outgoing personality looking to meet new people and explore San Diego, then come join us! Even if you show up late, the course will be chalked out on the sidewalk so you know where to go. All of our runs are mapped out on MapMyRun.com so you can follow along via their mobile app!
All running paces are welcome! We have enough people that runners of all paces have someone to run with! Our group consists of runners who are just starting out to people that have qualified for the Boston Marathon! Many of our runners have improved in both distance and pace since they started running with us! Whether you are new to San Diego, looking to meet new friends, or just want to escape the humdrum of everyday life, these Wednesday runs are a great way to unplug. Run & Chug!
Home & Away, 2222 San Diego Ave., San Diego, CA, USThis week we'll be running out of Home & Away, a cool sports bar offering food and drink options for us to enjoy after this week's hill run.
All paces are welcome! Please click here for a map of this week's run. The route will also be chalked, so keep an eye out for markings on the sidewalk as you go. Total distance according to Mapmyrun is 3.67 miles.
This week we start by running down San Diego Ave before turning on Bandini where we turn left and will then proceed to struggle up Bandini Street. We'll then turn on Miller and follow that to Arden which we take until Sunset. On Sunset we'll turn right and continue until we hit Fort Stockton where we'll turn left and continue until Pine where we turn right and will follow until Arista. We then follow Arista to Presidio which we will follow back down the hill, where we finish the run by looping Old Town before returning to the bar on San Diego Ave.

Ale Tales Taproom and Kitchen, 1520 J St, San Diego, CA, USThis week we'll be running out of Ale Tales, a gastropub on the first floor of the SHIFT building downtown.

This week's run has us running up 15th until Broadway where we'll turn left. We then take Broadway all the way to the Embarcadero where we'll turn left again. We continue along the Embarcadero until the pedestrian bridge by the Hilton which we'll use to head towards Petco Park. We'll return by turning on 10th and then again on J which we take back to the bar.

This week's run will be a simple out and back. We'll start by taking Voltaire to Bacon which we'll follow into Robb Field. We'll then cut over to the San Diego River Bikeway which we'll run along until we hit 2 miles. At the 2 mile mark we'll turn around and reverse the route to return to the bar.
