Where we will Sit for Free:
You can catch great views and sound from these free public spots at The Rady Shell A couple of options:**

1. RED SECTION OF MAP:

• Facing the stage area (see map), Go to far left.
• You will see a security check point and metal detector that’s where you enter for access to that area.
• Bags are checked for any glass, etc.
• YOU CANNOT BRING ANY CHAIRS IN RED SECTION.
• Seating is on their benches or on the large jetty rocks by the benches.
• I plan on getting there early and hopefully get a bench on left side on the water, close to stage, if possible.
• I’ll HAVE A RED BALLOON IF THEY LET ME BRING IT IN THIS SECTION.
• The bench seats about 4 people. Join me if you arrive early, first come. No guarantees.

If you need a chair, bring one and go to green section.

Red section does not allow chairs, no alcohol, no glass.

2. GREEN SECTION OF MAP:
   See green sections noted in the map. In these green sections, you can bring folding chairs, picnic, but no alcohol, and no glass.

Feel free to post in the comment section your location so that you can find each other, since place will be busy snd members may arrive at different times

All spots are first-come, first-serve, so arrive early to grab your space!

🅿️ Parking Tips:
• Paid parking is available at the Convention Center Garage and Seaport Village lots.
• Free street parking may be available in the surrounding downtown area (check signs).
• Park for free at the trolley station then walk across the convention center.
• Public transportation or ride-share is recommended to avoid parking hassles.

What you can Bring in GREEN section ONLY:
• Folding chairs or blankets
• Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages
• Sweater or jacket (it gets chilly by the water!)
• Flashlight or phone light for walking at night

What NOT to Bring in GREEN section:
• Alcoholic beverages
• Glass containers
• Large umbrellas or pop-up tents
• Drones or professional cameras
• Any amplified sound equipment

NOTE
Since this is a large venue, it may be tricky to find one another in the crowd. I’ll have a red balloon to help make my spot easier to find, and I plan to be in the Red Section, as noted in the event description above.

That said, please don’t rely solely on me to find you—since I’m just one host. I really appreciate everyone helping out and making an effort to find each other.
