Join us for a powerful and heartfelt morning at the 3rd Annual Head for the Cure 5K Run or Walk, where our San Diego community comes together to support a cause that touches so many lives. Every step you take helps bring hope, awareness, and funding to the fight against brain cancer. 💙👟
Head for the Cure was founded to raise critical funds for brain cancer research and to support patients, families, and caregivers affected by this devastating disease. What started as a small grassroots effort has grown into a national movement—uniting thousands of participants across the country who believe in making a difference, one mile at a time. 🌍✨
This is a family-friendly, all-ages, all-abilities event. Whether you choose to run, walk, or stroll at your own pace, your presence matters. Together, we honor those we’ve lost, support those currently fighting, and stand alongside survivors and caregivers. 💙🕊️
