Toga Party Band is back at The Kraken, a local favorite that reliably packs the room with danceable rock, covers, and a solid Cardiff crowd.
The Kraken is right on the water, with that dark little coastal bar energy that still feels like old North County.
The drinks are fair, the room gets loud, and the band runs until 1 AM, which already puts it ahead of half the SoCal scene.
This is a great mixed crowd: young and mature, regulars and randoms, dancers, bar people, music people. It all works.
