A Day at the Races: Del Mar Racetrack Thursday Free & Easy

A classic summer afternoon at Del Mar Racetrack.
Thursday is Del Mar’s Free & Easy promotion for Diamond Club members (free membership) offering free admission, free seat, and free program plus $5 Across the Board on Michelob ULTRA draft, Brandt Beef hot dogs, and refillable sodas at select concession stands.

The first race is at 2pm.
See the comments below for where to find us once we arrive.
We will arrive by 1:30 and get seats.

Folding chairs are permitted in the Stretch Run Apron and Infield areas if you would like to bring one (coolers too! https://www.dmtc.com/season/rules ).

There is a Free Shuttle from Solana Beach COASTER/Amtrak Station to the racetrack.

Shuttle details:
Shuttle service begins when gates open at 12pm.
Shuttles meet trains and COASTER arrivals throughout the day.
Return shuttles leave 15 minutes after each race.
Final return shuttle leaves about 30 minutes after the last race.
Drop-off/pick-up at Del Mar is just west of Mission Towers.

Parking at the racetrack is $10.
