Get ready for a fun-filled afternoon and evening of German food, cold bier, live music, dancing and Oktoberfest festivities in the heart of La Mesa!

This annual Oktoberfest in La Mesa is one of San Diego’s most popular Oktoberfest celebrations!

👗🍺 Come dressed in your Oktoberfest best!
Think dirndls, lederhosen, alpine hats, suspenders or fun Oktoberfest-inspired outfits. ❤️🤍💙🥨 Dressing up is optional, but encouraged — the more festive, the better!

✨ The La Mesa Oktoberfest festival is FREE!
❗️🍺 The Hofbräuhaus Biergarten (where we will enjoy the bands, etc.): $8 adult admission at the door. ❗️

📍 WHERE WE’LL MEET
🕛 12:00 PM — HOFBRÄUHAUS BIERGARTEN
• We’ll meet inside the Hofbräuhaus Biergarten after paying the $8 admission.
• Let’s find a table near the stage & get settled.
• This Biergarten is our home base throughout day.
• From here, we can explore the Oktoberfest festivities, food, vendors, etc.
• Return to our table at this Biergarten to enjoy the live entertainment listed below.
• Feel free to come and go as you wish.
• I plan to be at the festival from the start for a few hours. I’ll be wearing my red SD SOCIABLES cap.

🎶 SUNDAY ENTERTAINMENT — HOFBRÄUHAUS BIERGARTEN

🕧 12:45–1:45 PM — Captain’s Orders
Set sail with smooth yacht rock and classic pop favorites from artists like Hall & Oates, Christopher Cross, Kenny Loggins and Steely Dan. ⛵🎶

🕜 1:45–2:30 PM — Polka Party
More traditional polka music to keep the Oktoberfest spirit going! Grab a partner and get ready to dance! 🥨💃🍺

🕝 2:30–3:30 PM — Jimmy’s Buffet
Get ready for island vibes with a Jimmy Buffett tribute featuring tropical sounds and favorites like “Margaritaville” and “Fins.” 🌴🎶🍹

🕞 3:30–4:00 PM — Polka Party
More festive polka music and traditional Oktoberfest fun! 🇩🇪🎶

🕓 4:00–5:00 PM — Dirty Bird
Classic rock, ’80s pop and sing-along favorites from artists like the Eagles, Prince and The Beatles. 🎸🎤

🕔 5:00–5:30 PM — Polka Party
One more round of traditional Oktoberfest music to keep everyone dancing! 🥨🍻

🕠 5:30–6:30 PM — Trey Hill Country Band
Country roots meet rock ’n’ roll with seasoned musicianship and plenty of Southern personality. 🤠🎸

🕡 6:30–7:00 PM — DJ DAM
Keep the party going with a fun DJ set! 🎧🎶

🕖 7:00–8:00 PM — Paging the ’90s
Turn back the clock with the biggest hits and unforgettable songs of the ’90s. 🎤🎸💃
12:00 PM — Let’s meet by the Hofbräuhaus Biergarten stage so we can get settled, then explore the Oktoberfest festivities together!
