We will meet before sunset by the curved cement benches at Moonlight Overlook to talk about and experience the uplifting benefits of chanting HU. We will share stories of how this uplifting love song to God has brought the strength and wisdom to live a more joyful life, no matter the circumstances we face.

This Sound of Soul event includes:

• A description of the HU song and how to practice it
• Reading of a contemplative passage
• A 15-minute HU chant, followed by quiet contemplation
• Friendly spiritual discussion and sharing insights and questions
