ABOUT THIS EVENT
The SDN Netherlands Chapter is pleased to announce an upcoming virtual meetup as part of our SDN PairUp series, with great in-depth conversations about a topic that has been buzzing in the market: Journey Management!

This meetup will NOT be recorded, so make sure to join this exclusive glimpse into the world of Journey Management.

SDN NETHERLANDS PAIRUPS
The PairUps are a new series of virtual meetups organised by the SDN Netherlands Chapter, in which we invite two leaders in the field of service design and pair them up – one from the Netherlands, one from elsewhere. The two guests will discuss an interesting topic in the realm of service design - this time the topic is Journey Management. We aim to offer you a deep, honest and personal view on our field of expertise through an enlightening conversation between two true experts.

Through the PairUp series, the SDN Netherlands Chapter aims to expand our Dutch 'service design borders' - both literally and figuratively ;) ! Not only do we provide our Dutch audience with new perspectives from across the border, but we also open up our Dutch experts to anyone across the globe that is willing to dial in to the conversation!

GUESTS
Megs Armour - Head of Experience Design at Lloyds Banking Group
Megs is spearheading the design, deployment, and scaling of Lloyd’s Banking Group’s Journey Management discipline.
