AI can accelerate your service. It cannot rescue a flawed or unclear one. The real power lies in identifying real opportunities, understanding the underlying system, the people within it, and the moments where AI can truly enhance experience and performance. That’s where Service Designers shine.

During this workshop, we’ll identify opportunities across a current state blueprint, explore creative AI interventions, consider the ethical implications, and build a future state that is both imaginative and practical.
