Born out of our work in strategy and service design, Jungle Tarot is a 78-card deck designed to help teams make sense of the organizational jungle. Not fortune telling. More like a prompt to look between the lines of org charts, decision-making, culture, and the everyday realities of getting work done.
Together, we’ll use the cards to surface questions, challenge assumptions, and see familiar organizational dynamics from a different perspective. Expect conversation, reflection, and a few moments of “wait, that is exactly what’s happening.”
