This is a group for anyone interested in service design, evolving service systems, translating research into actionable strategy and sustainable designs. We will focus on building practical skills in order to solve systemic problems.
All skill levels are welcome. We started this group to create an accessible way to build service design capabilities and a community of practice here in the greater Philadelphia area.

Join us for a relaxed summer evening of drinks, conversation, and community at Parks on Tap, one of Philly’s favorite outdoor beer gardens! Whether you're a seasoned Service Designer or just curious about the field, this is a welcoming space to connect with others who are passionate about designing better services.
Expect a diverse mix of professionals coming together to share ideas, stories, and a pint or two. Our goal is to build an accessible and inclusive Service Design community in Philadelphia, and we’d love for you to be part of it.
New to Service Design? You’re especially welcome! This is a casual, no-pressure environment to learn, ask questions, and meet others in the field.
This event is free to attend, but you must be 21+. Children, families and anyone under 21 are welcome to join as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests must sign in upon arrival. Food and drinks are available for purchase at the venue.
