Learn Shoden (Jikiden Reiki Level 1) with Barbara Hennssy RN, a certified Jikiden Reiki Shihan-Kaku (1st level teacher). In just one weekend you will learn all the most important Reiki techniques and will be able to give effective hands-on Reiki to yourself and others!

This training includes:

• History and tradition of original Japanese Reiki
• Small-group class
• In-person instruction
• Hands-on practice
• 3 Attunements (Reiju)
• Opportunity to join a community of like-minded people

Barbara has been a Reiki practitioner for 20 years and a Zen practitioner for 3 years. Barbara is a nurse by training and is also a meditation teacher. Through these practices, Barbara has discovered the secrets of how to live in the present, achieve a peace of mind, and lead a genuinely happy life.
