FEATURED TALK FOR MARCH:
Aaron Ruckman, HP Instant Ink - "Scale beyond the basic team using Pivotal Process"
You’ve used extreme programming principles to get your project out the door. Now, how do you keep growing the project scope, team size and complexity to create a robust and scalable product? This talk will focus on some of the learnings we at HP, Inc. have done to scale our extreme programming model to multiple teams across different geographies, while still holding to key principles we learned via the pivotal process.

After the meeting, we'll head over to Rock Bottom Brewery for a round or two of drinks, sponsored by HP Instant Ink.

DIRECTIONS
Meetings are held on the UCSD campus in the Computer Science and Engineering Building, at 7:30pm, on the first Thursday of the month. If you plan to drive, follow the directions below and make sure to get a parking pass.
