Join the Strummers on stage at the annual House of Sweden Midsummer Celebration in Balboa Park as we perform beloved ABBA favorites and lead the audience in a joyful sing-along!

Wear Swedish colors, and come early to find parking!
This event takes place in the courtyard of the international cottages in Balboa Park Bring your uke, a copy of the music (see link below) and a music stand. If using paper copies, it can be windy - bring clips.

Stage performances begin at 2:00 pm with a Swedish Flag Procession,.
The time of our performance is not yet determined, Please plan accordingly to be ready at 2 pm, allow time for parking, walking/shuttle access, tuning, and setup. FREE parking is available in the Lower Inspiration Point lot on Presidents Way and Park Avenue for up to three hours. Take the free shuttle or walk (10min - 0.4 miles) to the cottages.

MUSIC:
There is limited WIFI. Download music on iPad or print in advance. Exact selections will be listed soon. We will be choosing from the ABBA folder.

After the music, celebrate the summer solstice with Maypole dancing and traditional Swedish fare at the House of Sweden.
