Each monthly gathering blends mindful movement, reflection, and seasonal themes to help you tune into your intuition, process what’s present, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

As we move into Spring from Summer we awaken seeds of intentions for the year and focus on increasing self-trust, motivation, and sustainability.

A 90 min session includes guided mindfulness, journaling or reflection prompts, and an accessible yoga or movement practice designed to help integrate the theme of the day. The intention is to create an environment where participants can explore their inner landscape while feeling supported by others on a similar path.

This group is open to women at all stages of their personal growth journey. You do not need prior yoga experience — just a willingness to show up, be curious, and connect with yourself and others.

Together we explore themes such as sensual confidence, intention-setting, sustainability, emotional awareness, and living in rhythm with natural cycles and seasons.
