Prana is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘vital breath’, or ‘life-force energy’. In Yoga and Ayurveda, Prana is seen as the connecting link between the material world, consciousness, and mind.

Our Seated Stretch & Meditation class is designed to synchronize your body and mind through intentional breathwork and movement. Clear blockages stored in the body from our daily life stressors through gentle stretch and breath. When we take time to balance ourselves, when we give ourselves some grace, we open up the ability and space within us to be able to show up for others with more compassion.
