Seattle Art Coaching And Critique

We are about formal, structured art coaching sessions for beginner, intermediate and advanced artists.

For beginners, try out different media and explore games and prompts for first time artists.

For intermediate and advanced artists, bring your tools and projects for constructive community support and group critique, with focused coaching with the event host.

Sessions will end with formal group critique for all attendees, with the intent to build confidence, share encouragement and develop the art of giving and receiving critique.

Host Jeremy Kayes (IronOhki) is a digital and traditional illustrator, with experience with publishing, various art media as well as typography, layout and software design. He has a fine arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is eager to share art learning techniques he's learned both formally and practically. He also hosts free Drink and Draw events on alternate Fridays.
