Online Service: Boundaries, Requests, and Coercion

Details
People talk a lot about having "healthy boundaries" -- but what does that actually mean? What makes a boundary "healthy"? For that matter... what makes it a boundary at all? And what stops someone from saying, "My boundary is that I get to yell at you" or "my boundary is that you have to give me half of your money so that it's fair"?
In this talk, we'll cover how to distinguish a boundary from a request and why it's so important that we do so. And we'll talk about how to tell when someone is abusing the concept of "healthy boundaries" in order to gain unhealthy power over you.
This week's speaker will be Mikki Phoenix.
After the talk, we'll have a group discussion to explore the ideas presented, and to share related thoughts, resources, and personal experiences.
