We planned to host this talk last week but our speaker was unable to attend, so we've shifted the remainder of the series back a week to accommodate. Thank you for your patience.Sometimes, despite our best efforts, communication breaks down. What does a failed communication look like? How can we tell that the other person is no longer available for a negotiation? How do we know that we are no longer able to communicate effectively? And what do we do about it?This week's speaker will be Mikki Phoenix.
