Seattle Cocktail Club brings together Seattle’s cocktail community through thoughtfully curated events. Some gatherings are open to friends of the club, while others are reserved exclusively for members.
Friends are welcome to dip their toe in and see what the club is all about, because once you’ve experienced an event, it’s easy to see why people want to join. We’re teaming up with one of our favorite Capitol Hill bars to spotlight Patrimonio Suyus (a new Peruvian pisco we’re incredibly excited about) which is a Double Gold–winning spirit made for classic cocktail lovers and thoughtful, evolved pours. Whether you’re new to pisco or deeply fluent, there’s something here for you.
The evening will include a look at pisco itself, along with the story behind Patrimonio Suyus, founded by Capitol Hill native Adam Weintraub.
