About us
Desi Women’s Mental Health Circle — Seattle is a peer-led support space for South Asian/Desi-identifying women in the Seattle area navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, cultural stress, and migration-related challenges. We create a gentle, confidential circle to share lived experience, exchange practical coping strategies, and build community without offering clinical advice or therapy.
What to expect:
- 8–12 participants, 60–90 minutes, biweekly (in-person + hybrid options)
- Structured check-ins, a themed discussion or prompt, small breakout support, and resource sharing
- Clear group agreements, brief intake for safety, and referrals to professional care as needed
- Free or donation-based; scholarships available
This group values respect, confidentiality, and mutual support. RSVP required; a facilitator will review each request to ensure fit and safety.
