This week, I will briefly introduce a simple but powerful body-oriented trauma release technique, Holographic Memory Resolution, and let you try the method as a group healing meditation practice.

Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed by the rapid changes in the world? Take a moment to relax and reset with us from the comfort of your home.
Join us every week as we guide you through a unique meditation experience. Each session starts with a brief 15-minute introduction and check-in, followed by approximately 30 minutes of guided meditation. We conclude with an opportunity for sharing and reflection.

Whether you're an experienced meditator or new to meditation, this is a great opportunity to explore different techniques and find what resonates best with you. Our aim is to create a safe, uplifting environment and a supportive community to help us stay grounded during these uncertain times.
