The 18-week training program begins December 22, 2026. Some of you started a week early with us on December 15, 2026.

We are targeting the Eugene Marathon on April 26, 2026 in Eugene, Oregon. This race finishes on the iconic Hayward Field track. This is a a well-run race, a fast course and has great crowd support. Boston, London, Whidbey Island, Vancouver and Capital City are all close in time. We can help you adjust your training schedule if you want to train with the group but run something different.

Workouts are scheduled so that you can use the group runs to find training buddies. Workouts are on Monday and Wednesday to coincide with Monday Morning/Evening Track, Wake Up Wednesday. Long Runs are on Saturdays with the big Rise'n'Shine group. The week's runs will be posted one week at a time (to avoid "future tripping.")
