We normally recommend a different workout each week for the group. Please check the comments here a few days before the event for details of the week's group workout.
NOTE: During marathon training seasons (often spring and late-summer) those training for marathon sometimes run longer repeats off the track (often, but not always, running over to Green Lake to run them on the "inner loop" path).
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Please DO NOT ATTEND this week if you are unwell or have had recent contact with anyone who might be covid positive.
MASKS/BUFFS/FACE-COVERINGS: We are no longer requiring face coverings at the start but please be respectful to anyone who chooses to wear a face covering at any time.
