Seattle PyLadies is a Python programming group that welcomes members from all over the Puget Sound region.

PyLadies is an international mentorship group with a focus on helping more women become active participants and leaders in the Python open-source community. Our mission is to promote, educate and advance a diverse Python community through outreach, education, conferences, events and social gatherings.

PyLadies also aims to provide a friendly support network for women and a bridge to the larger Python world. Anyone with an interest in Python is encouraged to participate!

🌟 We are looking for speakers! 🚀 Many of our members are doing amazing data science projects with open source tools. We want to hear what you are up to!
If you have a presentation of between 10 minutes up to 40 minutes that you would like to share with our meetup group, please submit a short proposal. You can propose a talk, workshop or lightning talk for our monthly meetups and TalkNights hosted in Seattle and Bellevue.
