In this training, you'll learn a vocal toning practice you can use anywhere to quickly achieve calm and a reliable way into deep meditative states. We'll also show you how to successfully lead the practice for others in the tried, true, and beloved Tone Circle event format. You'll leave fully certified, with a proven event format and guidebook for sharing vocal toning meditation with your own community. No singing training or musical background required.

Day One: We go inward.

You'll experience the practice itself, what it does in the body, and learn how and why it works, in real time with an opportunity to experience the deep release and new level of self-acceptance we can find through this practice. Then we'll move outward into the resonant field that only a group can co-create.

Day Two: We move beyond

We'll feel the power of energetic space-setting, learn simple ways to promote vocal longevity, and perhaps most magically of all, how to lead an entire room vocally without ever saying a word. And we'll walk through the graceful nuances of the beloved Tone Circle™ Community Vocal Toning Meditation event format you get to take with you.
