What we’re about

We're a group of women gathering to support each other in a self-compassionate pursuit of wellness, separate from our body shape or size. We aim to be less rigid around food, gentler with ourselves, and hold a broader, whole-life perspective of what wellness means.

Hosts are Shelly, a non-diet registered dietitian nutritionist and certified intuitive eating counselor, and long-time member Hailee.

Join us for roughly 2 events per month, a mix of online and in-person events that help educate, inspire, support, and encourage us in this journey to wellness. There's no membership cost, and events are a mix of prices (from free, to pay what you will, to a set price).

For more information on Shelly and her work, visit confidentnutritionnow.com.

Also, please know that being a part of this group means you agree to these rules:

🤐 Respect Privacy: Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

💜 Be Kind and Courteous: We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

❌ No Self-Promotions or Spam: Give more than you take in this group. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed. Shelly (group admin) will share a mix of paid and free resources, content, services, etc that may be helpful for group members. Staying in the group means you're okay with this (you're never obligated to buy!).

🚫🩺 This Is Not Medical Advice: This is for purposes of education and support. This is not the place for medical advice, personalized nutrition care, etc. If you would like to talk about personalized services, please contact Shelly (group organizer) directly.

🍰 This Is A Diet-Free Space: We're a community where all foods fit, and we're working toward a liberating, relaxed, enjoyable (guilt-free!) relationship with food. In general, we don't want excessive mentions and/or marketing of diets, "lifestyle plans", nutrition or fitness apps, special drinks/mixes/supplements, a food's "goodness" or "badness", weight loss, etc in this group. We're learning, so questions about these are welcome, but the promotion of them is not.
