Need a little boost to tackle those nagging tasks? Join the Women's Self-Compassion & Wellness Group for an anti-procrastination body double session!

We'll start with some self-compassionate intention setting to get us in the right mindset. Then, we'll have dedicated work time to tackle whatever's been lingering on your to-do list - whether that's responding to emails, meal prepping for the week, organizing your closet, or even working on a personal project. You'll have the option to chat and check-in along the way if that helps keep you motivated.

Think of it as a virtual productivity party, but one where we approach our work with gentleness and kindness instead of harsh self-criticism. Because let's be real, we're way more likely to follow through when we treat ourselves with compassion.
