How can games/play shape us and our worlds? Why are games effective forces of creative expression? How does playing change the way we experience? The wonder, excitement, frustration, and triumph of play and games are powerful forces.

The Puddle Jump Games and Play Festival is a showcase of innovative new games of all types and a chance for players of all backgrounds to come together and play.

For one day only, we'll be turning the Ballard Homestead into a playground with board games, social games, physical games, digital games, and talks about the role of games and play in our community.
Come out and make our city a more playful place!

The event is pay-what-you-will and all ages, although the games are primarily designed for ages 12+

ABBEY ARTS EVENT INFO:

• Check tickets for show time
• Fremont Abbey is ADA accessible on either level.
• We have a mix of normal chairs, some tall chairs, and standing room in back.
• Seating is not reserved unless noted.
• Please refrain from talking or texting during the show.
• No video from the seating area please.
• Please limit photos during the show so as to not distract other attendees from the experience.
• We are an all ages venue. Kids 10 & under are free at Abbey Arts concerts & arts events unless noted.
• Entering the venue indicates agreement to adhere to the Abbey Respect Policy. All are welcome.
