Time to stop coding, animating, making art or audio or adding that amazing new feature you thought of while you were falling asleep last night and come to Feedback Circle to get some real responses to what you have been working on from game creators in our community like yourself.

Join us on Discord in the EVENTS section and look for the Feedback Circle voice and text channels. Each presenter will get at least 15 minutes to share their screen, show us the game or part of the game you want feedback on and then the rest of the people will get a chance to unmute and respond or write out more detailed feedback in the text chat.

If you have a game you want to show and receive feedback on please fill out this sign-up sheet. It will be on a first come first served basis and presentation time per game will depend on how many games we can fit into the two hours of the meetup. https://forms.gle/ZpjUNWDGbR4hzDJL7

Preference will be given to games on the sign-up form but we may be able to accommodate late additions depending on how many sign up early.

For people giving feedback please remember to only give feedback on what you are asked to comment on and make sure it is constructive and actionable. For example, "This is bad" is neither constructive nor actionable. "This is could be better if...." with detailed steps or reasoning on how you think it could be better is both. Our goal is to affirm and uplift each other's work and help improve our games, skills and techniques.

Keep in mind that WIP games may have features that are not ready for feedback so if you see something that you would like to comment on outside of what the creator is asking for please do so only at the consent of the creator. For example, "I noticed this other area of the game I would like to give some feedback on, would you mind if I do?". If the answer is yes then you may proceed.

Creators are under no obligation to act on this feedback, we encourage post meetup follow-up as long as long as it is constructive in nature and consensual, harassment is not acceptable nor tolerated.
