Sunday evening jazz jam at Darrell's Tavern is hosted by bassist, Kevin McCarthy since 2010.
Some of the areas best jazz players come together to play classic jazz standards, be-bop, fusion and pretty much everything you hear on KNKX 88.5 FM.
Jam starts at 7 and ends at 10.

Acoustic Open Mic at The Hidden Door.
Singer/songwriters from around the Greater Seattle area perform their music to an appreciative audience of other singer/songwriters. There is a full back-line if you bring your band. Call them if you have any questions.
Sunday's open mic runs from 8-11pm Sign ups start at 7pm
The Hidden Door is located in N. Seattle on the NW side of Aurora Ave N. There is ample FREE parking behind the building, so enter from Whitman Ave N. Great food and cheap drinks!

The Beaver Session is a straight ahead jazz jam session that happens every Sunday night starting with an opening set by a rotating group followed by the session.

The Hidden Door is located on the NW corner of Aurora and N. 145th. Enter from Whitman which is just west of Aurora. Plenty of parking.
Cheap beers (PBR, Oly and Rainier Tall-Boys are $4.00, micros are $5-6), great food and a nice vibe. Beer garden out back. Dogs welcome!
