Sherpa Peak/Northeast Couloir

I accidentally found this route while I was looking for something else. It looks interesting as it has a little of everything - route finding, snow, ice, and rocks.
I am looking for 1-2 capable partners. Skills needed - route finding, possible steep snow & some ice, and moderate trad climbing. I probably don't want to climb with a stranger. If you don't know me, let's do something together. A horrible hike or a lousy rock climbing outing are opportunities to get to know each other.
*** Overnight permit is required by May 15. Enchantment Zone's border ~5.6-6K above Lake Stewart. I am still trying to identify the flat area that Mountaineering describes.
Individual Gear:
- Crampons, ice axe (1-2), helmet, gaiters. All terrain boots as we will be on four. Hiking boots are superior on rocks but inferior on ice & get soaked quickly. Pick your poison.
- Basic rock climbing gear (harness, ATC, locked and unlocked biners). Whoever wants to lead the last pitch, bring few cams & nuts (to be confirmed via text). Each should bring a cheap cord to be left in case of building anchor for rapp.
- Blue bag/jar/jug.
Let's wait what Vishnu says about snowshoes as he was out there last week.
