Hello this is Yogi Nadayogi you can just call me Yogi. I am consistently trying to be active as much as i can doing atleast 1 hike every weekend or so. I am sticking with easy to moderate hikes for the most part. I have been into Yoga/Meditation pretty much my whole life growing up in the Himalayas.

Weather here changes very quickly. Even though the forcast says cloudy or rainy it might end up being a very nice day.
Feel free to join me with my parents for an easy to moderate hike to one of the best day hike to Lake 22. It's been a while since i have hosted a meetup so wanting to get back and meet more crazy people😂
We could add some meditation tips to our hike and also sit somewhere by the waterfalls or little further up viewing the valley and do some mediation. **We might end up walking with very less talking or no talking at all. **
Hike is 5.9miles round trip with 1446ft elevation gain. We will be hiking on a moderately slow pace so be prepared for that. We will definitely stick to the group pace and will follow the slowest hiker😉. Definitely beginner friendly but can't be too slow lol.
Be prepared for some sprinkle and atleast bring basic rain gears just in case. Please wear proper hiking shoes and bring plenty of water and food also. And whatever hiking essentials you think is necessary to you.

"Please bring extra boots or slippers to change after hike"

Carpooling is definitely encouraged with atleast $20pp to the driver. We are meeting at Bear Creek P & R or directly at the trailhead if it's a long detour for you to Redmond. Use the group chat or comment section to communicate for carpooling and other stuffs.
Lastly you and you are the only responsible for your actions during the hike.
Please be very respectful to everyone and their space.
And lastly answer all the questions listed. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
